И совершенно зря. По-моему никакой продукт не сравнится с IBMовским Lotus Notes. Вот инструкция, описывающая шаги, необходимые для того, чтобы Lotus Notes корректно перешёл на зимнее время.

- Find the notes.ini file (usually under c:\notes\) and open it.
- Find the DSTlaw= x x x x x x (x- is a number) line and delete it, then save and close the file.
- Push the button relevant to your operating system (click yes & OK for all the questions), the button edit your registry to match the time zone settings:
- Reboot the machine.
- Before opening notes, open the notes.ini file and make sure that there is no DSTlaw= x x x x x x line in it.
- Execute notes.
